Mushin Community Judo CIC uses judo and physical activity to improve wellbeing, confidence, inclusion and community connection across Bristol, Weston-super-Mare and North Somerset. We provide accessible and affordable opportunities for people who may otherwise face barriers to participating in sport.

How we help
We work with local schools, clubs, charities and community organisations to develop accessible judo opportunities. Our programmes will include free or subsidised coaching, community events, workshops, mentoring and practical support with equipment and participation costs.
